Alesina Law is situated in the heart of Costa del Sol, in Fuengirola (Malaga, Spain). We work with both Spanish and foreign nationals who live, are planning to live or just want to have their second residence in Spain.

How we work?

The firm is directed by its founder, lawyer Anna Alesina, and makes all necessary collaborations with other professionals in order to offer you complete assessment, as well as to stay ahead of the fast changing legal landscape.

Alesina Law is a young, agile and specialized law firm. We are online and accessible, using new technologies, adding value through skilled counsel and strategy. Being small and cutting out the costs of expensive offices and support stuff, we can take very flexible approach on pricing and offer more competitive fee structure.

How we charge?

We work with a fixed price quotation, making possible the division of payments, informing you about all additional costs and services. In case of litigation, we agree with you – one moderate fixed fee and another, flexible one, which will depend on the results we achieve for you.

Which languages do we speak?

In Alesina Law we understand how complicated it may be to choose a lawyer in a foreign country, especially if you don’t speak its idiom. Our working languages are English, Russian and Spanish. If one of those is yours – don´t hesitate to contact us!
